Your evaluation will be conducted via a secure, one-on-one video session with Dr. Kelly Richardson, DNP, PMHNP-BC. Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes and allow for an open conversation about your mental health, lifestyle, and goals.
We’ll cover your symptoms in detail, explore your background, and walk through any current or past treatments you've tried. There’s no pressure, and no rush — the goal is to give you space to be honest and to walk away with a clear understanding of your mental health and next steps. If a diagnosis is made, you’ll receive an initial treatment plan, which may include medication options or therapy referrals depending on your needs.
